Beth A. Deragon is a highly regarded employment lawyer with over 19 years of experience representing businesses and individuals in workplace law matters. Known for her innovative strategies, approachability and client-focused approach, she has been recognized by peers and industry organizations for excellence in employment law.
Beth specializes in guiding businesses through a wide range of employment issues, including compliance with labor regulations, drafting enforceable employment agreements, and defending against workplace disputes. Her employment law practice focuses on providing corporate clients with risk management advice and development of best employment practices. Outside the office, Beth is dedicated to giving back to the legal community, serving as a board member for the Kimball Jenkins School of Art, a board member and Vice President of the Human Resources of Greater Concord and a board member for the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association. She is the past chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association Gender Equality Committee and the New Hampshire Bar Association Labor and Employment Section. Beth is a volunteer mediator with the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights.
